The Book Sale’s A’Comin’

The Huge Semi-Annual Book Sale at Reston Regional Library will open to the general public on Thursday, September 24. It will be 10-4 on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and then on Sunday will finish up 1-3:30. They restock continuously so the chances of finding a good read stay good no matter which day you go. But if you’re one of those people who likes first choice…you can become a member of the Friends of the Library and go on Friends Night, Wednesday the 23rd from 5-7:30 p.m. For more details, see their blog, www.restonfriends.blogspot.com

If you’ve never been to one of these and you like to read — the deals are incredible. Hardback books with dust jackets start at $1.50 each. Trade paperbacks start at $1.00 each, and mass-market paperbacks start at .50 each.
